An Invitation to Join the Dream

  

You’re invited to join the dream....

The dream to help equip church leaders throughout the world, particularly in the area of worship. Many indigenous church leaders in developing countries have little access to training few resources. As a vocational minister for fifteen years, my heart is to help equip and encourage my fellow leaders as they help to “make His praise glorious...”.

And so ... The Give Worship Project was founded!

The purpose of this non-profit organization is simple: to help equip and encourage indigenous  church leaders through teaching and training. I've developed a curriculum from my many years of experience in worship ministry and we are using it to teach church leaders important truths about Biblical Foundations of Worship, Spiritual Leadership, The Spiritual Journey of a Leader, How to Develop a Worship Ministry Team, Relational Issues Leaders Face, and Creative Service Planning. 

We've worked with church leaders in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, India, Rwanda, and Guatemala, and this is just the beginning! We have more and more opportunities opening up before us each day. I'm excited to have the opportunity and privilege to travel and worship with the Body of Christ around the world. I love spending time encouraging and equipping church leaders that may have few resources and opportunities for growth where they live.

All money donated goes for expenses. I receive no salary from our organization so that we can focus on doing more ministry!

Welcome to the GiveWorship Project

This is the video outlining our Christmas '08 project. It will give you an idea of where we began, although we are no loner providing instruments in this particular way.

Why this type of project? As a worship leader my main desire is to see the glory and praises of the Lord known and declared in ALL the earth, not just in Madison, Alabama. If we truly believe that worshiping God is important and spiritually transforming, we should be committed to seeing it happen outside the walls of our own personal church. We all have so many resources and so much equipment! We have so much when others have so little - perhaps it's time to share.
